Who we are

About NEXPLAYA

We're the wholesale team behind the bundles that keep camps, clubs, resorts and schools ready for every season.

Our story

Built by buyers, for buyers

NEXPLAYA began in 2018 when a group of camp directors and retail buyers grew tired of chasing down mismatched seasonal orders. We wanted one place where every surface — sand, hardwood, turf, training floor — had a ready-to-ship bundle. So we built it.

Today we curate gear by play zone and season, ship from three regional distribution hubs, and serve buyers across North America who need colorful, reliable sports kits without the procurement headache.

Our mission

Make seasonal sports buying simple, colorful, and reliable

So every club, camp, resort and school can spend less time on procurement and more time on play.

What drives us

Our values

Play-Ready Quality

Every item is inspected for durability and tested where it's actually used — on sand, court, grass and gym floors.

Bundle Thinking

Our kits are curated by surface, season and audience so you can order once and get everything your program needs.

Fast Seasons

We plan around camp openings, school terms and resort calendars — not just generic shipping dates.

Inclusive Play

Our gear ranges and pricing are designed for programs of every size, age group and budget.

Operations snapshot

How we keep orders moving

Dedicated account managers

Orders over ₹2,00,000 are paired with a wholesale rep who knows your season, your quantities and your delivery windows.

Pre-ship quality control

We inspect at the carton level, verify counts, and flag issues before your shipment leaves the warehouse.

Three regional hubs

Our distribution network covers East, Central and West zones so most in-stock orders ship within two business days.

Seasonal reorder tools

Save kit lists, duplicate past orders and lock in seasonal pricing for your next opening or restock.

Branding & customization

Logo-ready apparel and branded resort kits are available with minimum order quantities and art guidelines.

Sustainable packaging

Recyclable cartons, bulk inner packs and a seasonal reuse program help cut down on single-use waste.
